MAKE YOUR PLANS EARLY Once youve received your subscriber guide and season tickets, feel free to call the box office to reschedule performances and purchase additional single tickets. Tickets for Season 06/07 go on sale to the general public on August 27, 2006. We urge season ticket holders to call the Box Office before that date to receive faster service. You can, of course, exchange tickets up to the day before your performance, and purchase additional tickets at any time later in the season as well. Call the Box Office at 510.647.2949, TuesdaySunday, NOON7PM. BACK TO TOP TICKET EXCHANGE Exchange your tickets for another performancefree! Exchanges are made on a seat-available basis for the same production only. When exchanging for a higher-priced performance, you will be charged the difference. Exchanges must be made by 7PM the day before your scheduled performance. Note: The box office is closed on Mondays. BY PHONE Call 510.647.2949. Have your tickets in hand when you call. IN PERSON Bring your current tickets to the box office by 7PM the day before your scheduled performance. BY FAX Before 7PM the day before your scheduled performance, cut your tickets in half length-wise and photocopy them. Fax this copy to the box office at 510.647.2975 along with exchange instructions (please include three alternate dates), your name, address, credit card number and a phone number where we can reach you for confirmation. BY MAIL Use the enclosed envelope. Include your tickets, three alternate dates, a daytime phone, a credit card number with expiration date (to cover any upgrade charges) and a stamped self-addressed envelope. Please allow at least ten working days for processing. BACK TO TOP EXTRA TICKETS Need extra tickets for family, friends or business associates? You save $5.00 on the purchase of every additional single ticket for your guests. Plus, you pay no service charges. And you can exchange these tickets as needed. Everyones got an entourage! Send your entourage of 15 or more people to Berkeley Rep. They can come as a group to a single performance, or individually to a range of performances. All you do is press send. Its that easy. *No Thursday matinee for Limited Season shows BACK TO TOP TICKET SAFE DEPOSIT If you like, send us your tickets and well store them at the Theatre after youve recorded the dates. That way, theyll never get lost, and if you need to exchange your tickets to a different date, well already have them! BACK TO TOP LOST TICKET REPLACEMENT If you ever lose your tickets, dont panic! Just call the Box Office at 510.647.2949 up to one hour prior to your showtime, and well arrange replacement vouchers for your seats. BACK TO TOP TICKET DONATION Berkeley Repertory Theatre is a professional not-for-profit organization. If at the last minute you are unable to attend your performance, you may donate your tickets to Berkeley Rep by contacting the Box Office at least one hour prior to your showtime. The value of your donated tickets is tax-deductible and will be acknowledged by mail. Tickets cannot be replaced, donated or exchanged for past performances. BACK TO TOP RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS For Season 06/07, were expanding our restaurant value program to include a greater variety of restaurants with more offers for you. Were pleased to welcome back returning partners such as Le Théâtre, Venezia and Liaison Bistro, and we will announce additional restaurants. BACK TO TOP REMINDER: NO LATE SEATING For the safety of our patrons, and for the integrity of our productions, latecomers cannot be seated until an intermission. Late patrons may view the show on a closed-circuit television monitor in the lobby, and will be seated during the first intermission, unless the production allows for earlier seating. Also, patrons who leave the Theatre while a performance is in progress will not be allowed re-entry until intermission except at the discretion of the House Manager. BACK TO TOP A FEW GUIDELINES No children under 7 are permitted in the Theatre. Many Berkeley Rep productions are unsuitable for children. Please inquire before bringing children to the Theatre. Please turn off beepers, cell phones and watch alarms prior to entering the Theatre. The use of recording equipment or the taking of photographs in the Theatre is strictly prohibited. Listening aids for hearing impaired patrons are available in the lobby one half hour before the performance. Recorded descriptive tapes for sight impaired patrons are available and must be reserved at least 2 business days in advance of your performance (call the Box Office). Many of our patrons have sensitivities to perfumes and other scents. We ask you to take this into consideration and keep perfume use to a minimum. Please let us know if your address, phone number or e-mail address changes. BACK TO TOP HOLIDAY ALERT! Please be aware that some of your performance dates may coincide with a holiday. Berkeley Reps flexible subscriber exchange policy allows you to change to a new date anytime during the run (upgrade costs may apply).
