Could this be the best theatre counter in the Bay Area? An enticing array of sweets and savories and a cool selection of hot and cold beverages—much of which comes from local or organic sources—compels you to arrive early and relax before the show.
Food and drink are available starting an hour before the show when the lobbies open, and at intermission. We suggest you pre-order intermission items before the show and have them waiting for you at the top of intermission. Makes your experience that much nicer!
You’re welcome to bring your drink into the theatre with you—in a cup with a lid.
Below is a sample menu. Items change weekly.

Much of Compulsion takes place in 1950s New York City, when the cocktail was king. In tribute to that era’s delectable drinks, we invite you to savor several classics that conjure the sparkling lights of mid-century Manhattan and compel you to take another sip.
Take in the penthouse view of Times Square with this be-bop baby firmly in hand. Jack Daniel’s whiskey is kissed by bitters and grenadine, served on the rocks and topped—not by a big apple—but by a Maraschino cherry. ($8)
Get that uptown high-rise feeling with a beverage built for big-city slickers. Skyy vodka starts the party before triple sec and cranberry juice join in. A splash of lime revs up the revelry, and you’ll soon be feeling in the pink! ($8)
