What educators say about School of Theatre programs
“Thanks to Berkeley Rep residencies program, my students walk away with a higher level of confidence in themselves and a greater willingness to take risks in the classroom. They learn to work together during the program and have a deeper literacy understanding. I have seen how my students go deeper into the process of creating their own performance. Every year feels like they learn a new warm-up or game that I can incorporate into my lesson planning.”
Teacher, Washington Elementary School
“Students have loved the workshops, and they have been great not only for building confidence for our students, but also to encourage a higher level of school participation.”
