Want to know more about theatre? Have a passion for theatre and want to dig deeper? We invite you to join Teen Council—a diverse group of teens (grades 9–12) from all over the Bay Area interested in theatre. The best part about Teen Council is that we drive the action. Teen Council provides the opportunity for teens to participate in all aspects of the dramatic process; on stage, backstage and in front of the stage.
Berkeley Rep knows that we are the next generation of artists and audience members and supports us by giving us access to their art, staff and the issues facing the national theatre community.
Joining Teen Council is simple, free and gets you access to the Tony Award-winning Berkeley Repertory Theatre. For over ten years we’ve encouraged teens to learn more about theatre, see professional productions and create our own theatrical performances and events. Check out the calendar below and list of programs to the right.
