Donor events

Enrich your Berkeley Rep experience at special events throughout the season! As a supporter of the Theatre, you receive invitations to a number of events, based on your level of giving. From the opening night pre-curtain dinners to the Page to Stage artist receptions, you will have the opportunity to meet other friends of the Theatre and experience the behind-the-scenes making of a theatrical production.

Mark your calendar now for these upcoming events. Once you receive each invitation, be sure to R.S.V.P. early, as these events fill up quickly.

Opening night pre-curtain dinners and performances

(for Donor Circle members—$1,500 and above)
Donor Circle members are invited to an exclusive dinner celebrating the opening of each show, in the company of Berkeley Rep artistic staff and special guests from the production.

Can’t attend opening night? Donor Circle members may exchange or purchase VIP “house seats” located in the front center section for other performances during the season. Call Laura Fichtenberg at 510 647–2907 for reservations. Seats are subject to availability.

Sunday, August 17, 2008: Artistic Director Tony Taccone and Associate Artistic Director Les Waters offer an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming season. This invitation-only reception takes place at a private home.

Ghostlight discussions

(for Designer Members and above—$750 and above)
Donors are invited to step behind the scenes at the Theatre with members of our artistic staff for insight into the creative processes that contribute to each world-class Berkeley Rep production. These no-host lunch discussions take place on Saturdays.

On the Town is a series of events for supporters of Berkeley Rep, inviting you to see the best new theatrical productions, dance performances and concerts throughout the Bay Area. We reserve premium seating and provide you with exclusive behind-the-scenes access with artist talk-backs and intimate receptions.
