Friends and supporters of Berkeley Rep are invited to a number of special events throughout the season for an in depth experience of the Theatre. These events help support the ambitious work produced at the Theatre as well as our arts education programs in the community.

Back to School at Pixar

• Our first ever education fundraiser, supporting Berkeley Rep’s School of Theatre’s scholarship fund and community outreach programming.

Narsai Toast Gourmet Gala & Wine Auction

• Berkeley Rep’s annual gala features a four-course meal with wine pairings, prepared by celebrity chefs from the Bay Area and beyond, and a silent and live auction, all for the benefit of Berkeley Rep’s Annual Fund.

Backstage tours

• Donor backstage tours of Berkeley Rep are scheduled three times a year on Saturday mornings. These tours, exclusively for our donors, include a walk-through of both theatres, prop and costume shops, green rooms, dressing rooms and control booths.
