Any time after receiving the gift certificate, they can choose a show they want to see, and call the box office to reserve seats. It’s that easy. (Of course, seats are subject to availability.) Any remaining balance can be used for a future performance.

Buy gift certificates

Buying gift certificates and redeeming them has never been easier. Click here for the gift certificate order form. Once you fill out the form and submit it to our box office, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been processed. The box office will mail the gift certificate to you or directly to your chosen recipient along with, if you wish, a short note from you. Your gift certificate recipient can either call the box office at 510 647–2949 to redeem the certificate or fill out a similar form online.

Redeem gift certificates

To redeem your gift certificate, fill out this form and submit it to our box office. If you’re eligible for a discount, for instance, if you’re under 30, please note that in the “discounts” box on the form. Please allow 10 days for processing. If you wish to redeem your certificate for a performance occurring fewer than 10 days away, please call the box office at 510 647–2949. The box office will send you an e-mail confirming your purchase. We look forward to seeing you at the Theatre!

We also offer audio descriptions of the performances for the visually-impaired and scripts for the hearing-impaired through our box office.
